In response to the last friday incident when gunmen stormed the NTIC through a hole dug under the school fence, kidnaped not fewer that 8 persons.
Information just surfaced from the Nigeria Police revealing the arrested two suspected masterminds of the kidnapping of pupils and staff members of the Nigerian Turkish International Colleges.
The arrested are Philip Kakadu 29, aka General Kakadu, and Romeo Council 40, otherwise known as Raw were picked in warri by operatives of the Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team, led by ACP Abba Kyari.
the kidnap masterminds confessed orchestrated the crime and are helping the police with useful information. hopefully the arrest of their kingpin will mount pressure on the captor to release the victims.
