JAMMEH ON EXILE - LEAVES GAMBIA

FORMER PRESIDENT JAMMEH OF THE GAMBIA ON SET TO DEPART GAMBIA UPON STEP DOWN FROM OFFICE

     Defeated mr Jammeh  in December's election by Adama Barrow finally took a bow 2 days after stepdown and leave The Gambia on a plane reportedly bound to Guinea.
      Mr Jammeh,once said in a state television he would rule The Gambia for a billion years. Its obvious that isnt happening. Pressure imposed from countries of African Union and President of Guinea and the Mauritania finally led to Mr Jammeh step down from office. it was reported that mr Jammeh  made departure with the president of Guinea, Aipha Conde, and his wife in a bound flight to Guinea.
     22 years in power did leave emotions as he departs from the airport, large convoy of vehicles and throngs of  supporters were cheering him. He is celebrated with a red carpet parade, ceremonial music performed by a military band, and dignitries present, many of whom were crying. Main while, Mr Barrow told the BBC that he would be returning to his homeland "sooner than later" after been in Senegal upon step down of former president Jammeh. President Barrow is set to arrive back to his homeland in less than no time.
